Shipping Rates: We ship worldwide. Please add desired items to your cart to view your estimated shipping cost. This requires no personal information other than your postal code.

 

Available Shipping Services:

  • FedEx Ground for commercial shipping addresses
  • FedEx Home Delivery for residential shipping addresses
  • FedEx 2 Day
  • FedEx Standard Overnight
  • FedEx International Economy
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS First Class Mail

We ship sample orders First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and FedEx 2 Day.

 

Minimum: The minimum order is 1 yard.

 

Domestic Delivery Time:

Economy Shipping: Please allow 6 to 8 business days for your order to arrive once a tracking number is created if you select FedEx Ground or Home Delivery shipping. Your order will ship from our Lake St. Louis, MO warehouse or from our other fulfillment centers via UPS or FedEx within 2 to 4 business days from your order being captured. We will email your shipping confirmation and tracking number. If the items you selected will take more than 6-8 business days to arrive, we will e-mail you a new ship date.

Priority Shipping: FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight shipments will deliver in the adequate shipping timeline provided by FedEx. Your order will ship from our Lake St. Louis, MO warehouse or from our other fulfillment centers via UPS or FedEx within 2 to 4 business days of your order being captured.

Sample Domestic Delivery Time:

We ship samples orders First Class Mail. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your sample order to arrive once the shipment has been picked up by USPS. Your sample order will ship from our Lake St. Louis, MO warehouse or from our other fulfilment centers within 2 to 4 business days of your order being captured.  We will email your shipping confirmation. First Class Mail does not provide a tracking number.

PO Box: We cannot ship to a PO Box. Please provide a street address.

APO/FPO:

International Delivery Time: Please allow 7-21 business days for your order to arrive once a tracking number is created. Your order will ship from our Lake St. Louis, MO warehouse or from our other fulfillment centers via UPS or FedEx within 4 to 6 business days of your order being captured.

International Duty/Customs Fees: The shipping charges do not include any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country. HouseFabric.com has no control over those charges and they are the sole responsibility of the person placing the order. Brokerage Fees are included in the FedEx shipping charges.


FAQs

What if my package arrived damaged?

If your package arrives looking damaged, carefully open it from the other end of the roll and inspect the fabric. If the fabric is damaged, save the wrapper for the shipping company's inspection. We will exchange any fabric damaged by the shipping company in accordance with the shipping company's procedures and authorization.

What if my fabric is lost?

It is extremely rare for a shipment to be lost.
HouseFabric.com is NOT responsible for any loss or damage due to packages left at your doorstep by delivery drivers; however, we will file a claim for lost or damaged packages and do everything we can to rectify the problem.

The delivery person may leave packages at residential addresses without obtaining a signature. If you didn't receive your delivery, thoroughly check the area of your residence, including:

  • Under the doormat
  • In the bushes
  • Between the doors
  • In window wells
  • With your housemates and neighbors
  • Under the garage door
  • Alternate entrances
  • Along the fence
  • The office for apartment complexes
