How do you ship orders?
We carefully inspect and pack your fabric within 2 to 4 business days of your order being captured in our system. We ship via FedEx for a smooth ride to your doorstep. It’s fast, reliable, and oh-so-easy. Shipping made simple and joyful!
How long will it take for my awesome new fabric order to arrive?
We're on it! Economy Shipping orders are inspected and packed within 2 to 4 business days. Then, we ship your fabric which will arrive in 7 to 10 additional business days, depending on your location. (We promise it's worth the wait!)
Do you offer Priority Shipping?
Absolutely! For those who simply can't wait (we get it!), we offer Priority Shipping at checkout. Orders are shipping within 2 to 4 business days and then your goodies will be zooming their way to you via FedEx delivering in 2 to 4 business days.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
YES! YES! YES! — For Covington and Magnolia Fabrics, shipping is completely free—because who doesn't love a little extra joy with their order? So go ahead, shop your favorites from Covington and Magnolia, and let us handle the delivery magic for you!
Do you have an overnight shipping option? I need this fabric yesterday!
We've got your back! With overnight shipping, your order skips the line, pulls an all-nighter, and shows up at your doorstep faster than you can say "I needed this yesterday!" We do try to get this order picked quickly but we still need 2 to 4 business days to inspect and package your orders. Speedy, stylish, and just what you need—no time machine required!
How do you ship my Sample Order?
You have options!
- 2 Day: With FedEx 2-Day, your order gets the VIP treatment—speeding straight to your door in just 2 business days. It's fast, it’s fabulous, and it’s practically teleportation!
- Pony Express: Otherwise known as USPS First Class Mail is free but has a delivery time frame of 14 to 16 business days (Think of it as the scenic route for your package—it’s not in a rush, but it’ll get there!)
Do you ship internationally?
You bet we do! We spread joy far and wide. Delivery times and fees may vary, so check out our international shipping options at checkout. International delivery times can range from 7 to 21 business days.
Can I track my package?
Are you a little excited about starting your project? We are excited for you! We'll send you a tracking link to your email on the order as soon as your order ships so you can watch your package's journey to your door. FedEx orders will have a tracking number. The Pony Express option (USPS) unfortunately doesn’t provide tracking information. Remember, it’s a scenic route and a little vacation for your order
Oops, I entered the wrong address! What now?
No worries! Contact our customer service team ASAP at info@housefabric.com, and we'll do our best to update it before the package goes out.
What happens if my order gets lost in transit?
Oh no! If your package goes MIA, just let us know, and we'll investigate. Contact us at 314-968-0090. We are here to help!
What if my package arrives damaged?
Oh no—your package got roughed up on its journey? That’s not cool, and we’re here to help! Just reach out to our customer service team at info@housefabric.com with your order details and as many photos of the damage as you can. We’ll make it right, but we must go through the process with the shipping company.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do—but let’s chat first! If you’re thinking about returning your fabric, please contact us at 314-968-0090 so we can talk through the options and make it as smooth as possible. Just a heads-up: we do charge a restocking fee and you will be required to cover the return shipping fee. We’ll help you get everything sorted—because, hey, life happens!
What if my fabric has a flaw or defect?
A fabric with a flaw or defect isn’t what we had in mind for you, and we want to make it right! We do inspect the fabric before shipping, but sometimes we miss a spot! If you notice an issue, please contact us at info@housefabric.com with details and a photo of the flaw. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue—whether it’s a replacement, a refund, or another solution. We believe every piece of fabric should be flawless, just like your creativity!
What if I received the wrong fabric?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up—that’s not how we roll! If you received the wrong fabric, please reach out to us at info@housefabric.com with your order details and a photo of the fabric you received. We’ll work quickly to make it right, whether it’s sending the correct fabric or finding another solution that works for you. We’re here to turn that “oops” into an “all fixed!”
